package/bitcoin: give a default value for BR2_PACKAGE_BITCOIN_ARCH_SUPPORTS

bitcoin can never be enabled because BR2_PACKAGE_BITCOIN_ARCH_SUPPORTS
is never set as it has no default value

Fixes:
