package/samba4: drop unneeded second patch

This patch is not needed since version 4.9.0 and
https://github.com/samba-team/samba/commit/859698d29b547217356851094ed8188236e717b6
which solved the issue by avoiding calling this function.

Also renumber the remaining patches.
