package/opencv3: fix typo in OPENCV_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS

OPENCV3_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS option does not exist so rename it to
OPENCV_WARNINGS_ARE_ERRORS (even if it is already disabled by default)
